Homemade Ketchup
I've attempted for a second time homemade ketchup. We'll see how it turns out, but it does look beautiful in the jar. It's just as cheap as regular ketchup, but without the nonsense. I lacto-fermented it in my yogurt maker yesterday afternoon. I'll allow it to mature before tasting it.

I've made this a few times, my kids were too old and used to "regular" ketchup, this was too weird for them! I loved it and so did some of our friends! I haven't made it in a long time, I probably should. :-)
